Small as grain of sand, big as a golf ball.

Today Anatomy class, Dr. Hamod taught about Urinary System. 

One thing that catch into my mind is about Kidney Stone (batu karang).

It can be as small as grain of sand, or it can be as big as a golf ball.

Seram tak dengar?

So, one advice, Don't drink tap water as it contains chemicals that give ability to your kidney to produce the kidney stone. Make sure minum air yang dah masak, yang dah ditapis dan yang dah bersih okay.
